1. Regular maintenance and periodic inspections:

• Weekly visit to the property: checking that everything is in order, ventilating the apartment, checking for leaks or electrical faults, and preventing mail accumulation.

• System maintenance: Turning on the air conditioning and heating from time to time to maintain the integrity of the systems over time.

• Gardening and balconies: Watering potted plants and maintaining the garden or the sukkah balcony.

2. Accounting and bureaucracy:

• Regular payment of bills (municipal property taxes, electricity, water, and housing council tax).

• Representing the apartment owners before the housing committee or municipality, if necessary.

• Renewal of property and contents insurance policies.

3. VIP services prior to your arrival (Pre-Arrival):

• Thorough cleaning: Preparing the apartment to a "hotel" level before your arrival.

• Filling the refrigerator: Buying basic groceries according to a personal list so you can relax as soon as you arrive.

• Linens and towels: changed and washed so that everything is waiting for you fresh.

• Availability of reliable professionals (plumber, electrician, locksmith) for any urgent repairs, with my personal supervision of the work.

• Preparing the house for the Jerusalem winter (checking the waterproofing and gutters).

5. Rental services (optional):

• If you would like to rent the property for short periods when you are not in Israel, we will manage the entire process: from screening tenants to handing over the keys and cleaning after departure.
